This work was created after a meditation session. Standing out side on the ground with bare feet and breathing in the essence of Mother Nature, I immersed myself in her peace and restorative vibration.

I begin most of my art works like this as I want to imbue my works with feelings of love, peace and joy.

Therefore I need to find that place myself before I begin to paint.
