Mindful-Art 4 Anxiety combines therapeutic Mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques with Art, to create fun and imaginative workshops where you will learn the four key foundations of Mindfulness incorporating art techniques.

About The Event
If you or someone you know is suffering with Anxiety symptoms, you may positively benefit from experiencing this deeply relaxing and creative workshop where you can learn Mindfulness and Art, inside a home-studio setting.
This is a series of four workshops, each workshop works on one of the mindfulness pillars, using breath, mindfulness and art techniques to help calm anxiety symptoms.
This Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) learning workshop is delivered to you by British Psychological accredited, Mindfulness Teacher, Caroline Webster and Artist and Art Educator, Kadira Jennings. All classes are to be held in the Art Classes Central Coast Studio, in Springfield Central Coast, NSW.
The Workshops begin on Sunday Nov 24 and continue for the following three Sundays - Dec 1, 8, and 15. Starting time is 10am sharp and the workshop finishes at 2pm.
The price is your investment for all four workshops.
