If you or someone you know is suffering with Anxiety symptoms, you may positively benefit from experiencing this deeply relaxing and creative workshop where you can learn Mindfulness and Art, at a safe and friendly place, in the uplifting environment at Alberts Line.
Explore Anxiety through breath-work, visualisation and playful, artistic, self expression.
This Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) learning workshop is delivered to you by British Psychological accredited, Mindfulness Teacher, Caroline Webster and Artist and Art Educator, Kadira Jennings.
The Workshop takes place on Sunday February 16 2020
Starting time is 10am sharp and the workshop finishes at 4pm.
