'Luminous Beauty' is the second work in this series which I am creating in a collaborative endeavour with my longtime friend Prue Kelsey - photographer and writer. 
Both this work and its counterpart - 'Dark Beauty', were painted from images I created, using the same plant. The first painting was photographed in the dark whereas this one was photographed looking into the afternoon sun. The sunlight has revealed a totally different beauty than the light in the darkness.

The other thing I am doing while diving deeper into my art practice in this series, is working with the Divine Feminine Creative Energy, as I am painting the works. This is a very conscious process of channelling that energy into the work, as I paint it.
