Art 4 Anxiety is a Mindful-creativity workshop that offers simple, fun, and motivational exercises to help you find freedom, away from that debilitating anxiety-loop, where worrisome thoughts of ‘What-ifs’, can block our natural state of creativity and balance. In this interactive workshop, you will learn life-skills to support anxiety and stress reduction, across Mindfulness, Breath-work, Visualisation therapy and Art techniques, that will help you tap into your inner Creative and unlock self-expression in an imaginative way!

pm, at Alberts Line in Gosford, on the Central Coast NSW.

This day workshop is on Sunday, February 16, 2020, from 10 am until 4 pm.

 

We will be donating 5% of your ticket to NSW Fires.
